Adobe Reader
Adobe Reader
Acrobat Reader. View, annotate, print, share and have documents signed to a lesser extent, wherever you are, on mobile and desktop devices. Acrobat Reader is connected to Adobe Document Cloud so you can archive and use your PDF files, even in your Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive accounts, and access them from anywhere.
Still free and more powerful than ever, the Acrobat Reader mobile app offers all the tools you need to view, annotate, sign, and share PDF documents. Acrobat Pro DC goes even further. Edit, create, export, organize and associate files directly on your tablet or smartphone.
Adobe Flash is now obsolete and is no longer used in Acrobat Reader. The options available in a form response file that depended on Flash (Refresh, Filter, Export (All / Selected), Archive (All / Selected), Add, and Delete) are no longer available. They have been replaced by the secondary toolbar, which includes options to Update, Add, Delete, Export, and Archive responses.
On a low-resolution monitor, dialog boxes show the wrong size and layout problems, such as cuts in text or other action buttons, such as OK or Cancel. Scaling issues have been fixed in this release and a scroll bar automatically appears to make the dialog box options accessible.
Scrollable Document Properties and Advanced Print Settings Dialog
A scroll bar is now displayed in the Document Properties and Advanced Print Settings dialog boxes on monitors with 1024 x 640 resolution and scaling set to Larger Text.
While viewing or reading the PDF file online with Adobe Reader, you can add notes for yourself with the add comments tool. You can add text and sticky notes, underline, strike through and highlight text, or add marks with the drawing tool.
Now you can easily compress large PDF files online: The file size limit for compressing or optimizing PDF has been increased from 100 to 500 MB.
